Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS)
The EPDS is a screening tool to identify people who may have depression in pregnancy or postpartum. For birthing people, a score of 10 or higher indicates depression may be present and further evaluation is recommended. For partners and non-gestational parents, further evaluation is advisable with a score of 7 or higher.

Baby Blues Connection is a parent to parent support service serving the Portland, Oregon metro area. They offer phone, group, and web-based peer support for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and parenting related stress.
